Had an lazy but interesting day yesterday.
Was woken up early in the morning (8+ am?) by Justin's sms asking me to go for a morning cuppa. Met him up at the Starbucks beside Forum SC and just spent a couple hours lazing there talking cock and watching people walk by, some even openly admiring our bikes that were parked on the pavement. One "angmor" even told us we had nice bikes! Cool... this is the life!
Decided to head up to Turf City with Justin as i was supposed to meet Kai there, but since Kai was stuck at Ah Boy's due to the rain Justin took me to his friend's doggie bakery just on the outskirts of Turf City - K9 Campus. We hung out at the K9 Cafe there while waiting for his friend to finish lunch and Kai's arrival. The doggies there were super cute! Had a French Bulldog, A Pug (of Will Smith's Men in Black fame), a retriever, a Beagle and a Jack Russel there and there were some hiliarious moments when they played together, chasing each other around rite there in the cafe!
Justin had to leave after Kai arrived not long after so we proceeded to Turf City to check out the RC (Remote Controlled) Car shop and tracks there. The RC Cars were cool!
Had some 小碗面 for dinner at the coffeeshop there and it was very filling! Costs about $3.50 and the amount of toppings and noodles given were definitely more than what you would get for the same price outside! Tastes not bad too. Recommended!
Went home after that and met Marcus and Co for the trip briefing for this week's trip. Oh did i tell you guys that i'm riding up Bukit Tinggi (Malaysia, 13km after Genting Highlands) the coming long weekend? Will take loadsa pics so you guys/gals can expect some good shit to be posted up here! Will be prolly riding up Genting (hopefully... cos I miss the corners up and down the hill!) too!
Alrite then, thats about all i have after a lazy yet memorable sunday, check back next weekend for a writeup on the trip ya!
